Welcome, patients to The Nail Doctor & Co! Thank you for choosing us to be your nail care service provider. We look forward to meeting you! Before booking, please review our guidelines and policies.
**NEW CLIENTS** For quality assurance, it is required that all new clients arrive to their appointment with their nails completely bare (this includes polish, and nail strengtheners) or add a soak off to your desired service.
You will be a charged a $25 non-refundable deposit that goes toward your service. In the event of a cancellation, deposits are transferrable up to (ONE) week after your original booking. After which time you will have to submit a new deposit.
All appointments, including 1-1 trainings must be cancelled 24 hrs in advance. If you cancel outside of the cancellation period, or fail to show up for ANY reason, you will be responsible for the FULL payment of services scheduled.
We allow a 5 minute grace period, after which you will be charged a $20 late fee. At 10 minutes, your appointment will be forfeited and converted to walk-in availability.
We will cover the cost of nail repairs up to one week of your original appointment. Repairs needed outside of this time frame, are $5/nail.
Please refrain from bringing extra guests to your service, and/or children. The Nail Doctor & Co. is a cell phone free salon, so please keep your phones on silent during your treatment time. If you need to make a phone call, or take a call, we will ask you to step outside to do so. This ensures that all of our patients are provided a relaxing, stress free environment during their pampering session.
Be sure to schedule for all desired services. Appointment times are based on length of service, therefore we may not be able to accommodate last minute requests.
