Thank you for choosing to be serviced at The Nail Doctor & Co. We seek to provide you with top of the line service, quality products, and a stellar experience. We ask that you carefully review our terms of service before scheduling your appointment.
COVID-19 PROCEDURES Due to the severity of COVID-19 we are now requiring that upon entry, each guest will have their temperature checked and be asked to wash their hands immediately. There are absolutely no extra guests/children allowed in the salon. Guests, as well as professionals are also required to wear a face mask at all times during service. Guests who arrive without a mask will be refused service and rescheduled to a later date. For both your safety and ours, we have implemented sanitation blocks, before and after each appointment; to allow professionals to thoroughly disinfect their stations between clients.
NEW CLIENTS For quality assurance, we do not work over any work done outside of our salon. When booking an appointments, please arrive with bare nails (this includes lacquer, gel polish, and nail strengtheners) or add a soak off to your desired service.
All appointments must be secured with a $25 deposit, that goes toward your service. In the event of a cancellation, your deposit is transferrable up to (ONE) week after your original appointment date. After which time, you will have to submit a new deposit.
All appointments, including 1-1 trainings must be cancelled 24 hrs in advance. If you cancel outside of the cancellation period, or fail to show up for ANY reason, you will be responsible for the FULL payment of services scheduled.
We allow a 5 minute grace period, after which point you will be charged a $20 late fee. At 10 minutes, your appointment is forfeited and converted to walk-in availability.
We will cover the cost of nail repairs up to one week of your original appointment. Repairs needed outside of this time frame, are $5/nail.
The Nail Doctor & Co. is a cell phone free salon, so please keep your phones on silent during your treatment time. If you need to make a phone call, or take a call, we will ask you to step outside to do so. This ensures that all of our patients are provided a relaxing, stress free environment during their pampering session.
Be sure to schedule for all desired services. Appointment times are based on length of service, therefore we may not be able to accommodate last minute requests.
